Baby Bubble — VIP Membership Terms and Conditions

1. About These Terms

The Baby Bubble VIP Membership Program (the "VIP Program") is operated by Baby Bubble ("Baby Bubble," "we," "us," or "our"). Baby Bubble is the trading name under which this store operates; our website is operated at mumpal.com. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "member") and Baby Bubble governing your enrollment in and use of the VIP Program.

These Terms supplement — and are in addition to — our general Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the general Website Terms of Service specifically regarding the VIP Program, these Terms control.

Please read these Terms carefully. By clicking to accept, enrolling at checkout, or otherwise using the VIP Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to join the VIP Program. We do not knowingly offer memberships to minors. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account and Registration

To participate, you may need to create or maintain an account. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@mumpal.com of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

4. Membership and Recurring Billing

Enrollment. You enroll in the VIP Program at checkout. All membership terms are displayed at checkout and must be accepted before your purchase is complete.

Recurring charges (auto-renewal). You authorize Baby Bubble and its payment processors to charge your payment method $39.99 every 30 days on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your first charge occurs on the day you enroll, and each billing cycle renews automatically. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a charge fails, we may retry, suspend, or terminate your membership; we will notify you by email of any failed payment.

Authorization. By enrolling, you give ongoing consent to these recurring charges. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel as described in Section 6.

5. Price Changes

We may change the membership fee or billing frequency. If we do, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect (for example, by email or posting on our website). Price changes apply to billing cycles after the notice period. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect; continuing your membership means you accept the new price.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, in your account at mumpal.com, or by emailing support@mumpal.com or calling +1 (305) 410-6456. Cancellation stops future charges. Your benefits remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which they end. See our Membership Cancellation page for step-by-step instructions.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law, membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancelling ends future billing but does not refund the period you are already in. Any refund-related rights are described in our Refund Policy.

8. VIP Program Benefits

As an active member, you receive:

• An automatic 15% VIP member discount, applied at checkout
• Access to exclusive, members-only products
• Early notice on new product drops
• Special discount codes and community rewards

Benefits are available only while your membership is active and paid. We may add, change, limit, or discontinue any benefit at any time without liability. Benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to availability and additional terms.

9. Orders, Pricing, and Product Availability

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct pricing or descriptive errors, including after an order has been submitted. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or dealers, or that we believe violate these Terms. Product descriptions, images, and availability may change without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

The VIP Program, the VIP collection, and all associated content — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — are owned by or licensed to Baby Bubble and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the VIP Program for your personal, non-commercial use while your membership is active. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the VIP Program for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to: harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized access to systems or accounts, reselling members-only benefits or products, transmitting malware or malicious content, scraping or data harvesting, or interfering with the operation or security of our services. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The VIP Program may reference or link to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

13. Privacy

Personal information you submit through the VIP Program is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to that collection and use.

14. Electronic Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — including billing notices, service updates, and required legal notices — by email or by posting on our website. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership, and refuse service to anyone, at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse. We may do so with or without notice and without liability. Upon termination, your right to access benefits ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The VIP Program and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the VIP Program will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that benefits, discounts, or products will always be available. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Bubble and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the VIP Program or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the VIP Program will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the VIP Program in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Baby Bubble and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the VIP Program; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) any content or information you submit.

19. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@mumpal.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration. Except as otherwise required by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the VIP Program or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Class action waiver. You and Baby Bubble agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@mumpal.com with your name and a statement that you wish to opt out.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 19, any action not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, internet or utility failures, or government actions.

23. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your membership without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

24. Waiver and Severability

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Baby Bubble regarding the VIP Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
