At Baby Bubble (operated by Gulfstream Ad Services LLC), your satisfaction comes first. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns and refunds simple.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return any physical product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. If it didn't work out for your family, send it back — no complicated conditions.

How to request a refund or return

Email support@mumpal.com or call +1 (305) 410-6456 with your order number, and we'll reply within 1 business day. You do not pay return shipping on damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refund processing

Once your return is on its way — or right away for damaged or incorrect items — we refund your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post them.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us right away and we'll replace or fully refund it, usually with no return required.

VIP Membership

The Baby Bubble VIP Membership bills $39.99 every 30 days until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account under Subscriptions, or via our cancellation page. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; the current billing period is not refunded and your benefits continue until it ends.
