Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Times

• Standard US Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• International Shipping: 10–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free standard US shipping is available on orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our Track Your Order page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you — we'll send a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
